Our weekend stress buster program as the name suggests, is specifically designed to help calm the nervous system and reduce the stress level of the participants thus bringing back the balance in life.
Located far from the hustle and bustle of the city amidst our sprawling campus, the participants through this two days residential program will experience variety of yoga sessions and activities which are gentle yet at the same time have powerful effects in re-energizing the mind, body and soul. The participants will be put up in fully furnished guest houses and will be served nutritious meals to double up the effect of the yoga sessions.
